While at the Oakridge location, Carrie Cirba (the General Manager) switched channels during the game we were watching. When we complained, she put our game on a smaller poorer quality screen. This was done by the General Manager Carrie Cirba who just plainly told us it was too bad as she had a different table wanting to see a different game. It did not matter to her she now was showing the same game on the screen we were watching and another screen, nor did it matter to her we were watching that game before the other table came in. She further did not offer to help us find the appropriate audio channel. Instead, she had an "Oh well" type attitude. Any company that displays that attitude to their guests should never wonder why their sales figures are off. We will never go to another JP Looney's restaurant as the General Manager Carrie Cirba is the face we saw for the corporation. *After reading reviews, I see I am not the only one displeased with the Oakridge location. Thumbs down!
