Terrible company, there’s been too many incidences I wouldn’t know where to begin. Staff are clueless, rude and confrontational. I’ve had a billing issue going on for 10 months now Dave Kish and Crystal their accountant at the Madisons have yet to refund or credit my account for the over charges. Maintenance does half the work and never comes back to fully finish the job. The complex over all is dirty. I would not recommend anyone to do business with or stay at any locations managed by Core Realty Holdings.

BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I was formerly a tenant at Hunters Chase Apartments, a property of CRH. The property manager had changed many times and the conditions there had gone way downhill in the 4 YEARS I lived there. These apartments were older but not updated or well maintained. Prior to leaving I had issues with mold that maintenance would come and spray with bleach, a temporary solution, when I have a special needs daughter who lived there too, for which they had no concern.On several occasions I witnessed criminal activity in the parking lot. There was a constant in and out change over of tenants. Property was littered with trash. There is also a homeless community in the woods behind that no one mentions, just saying. I moved out in August 2020. I gave the required notice and actually cleaned the apartment upon vacating.For almost a year now I have been harassed by a collections agency(IQ Data) for so called “move out expensesâ€. I was never notified of these charges before being contacted by this agency. In fact, I received a statement from management prior to move out that listed every payment I had made and showed me having a $0 balance. I was late paying my rent 1 time in 4 years. After learning I had been reported to collections, upon my asking I was provided a list of these so called “chargesâ€. Several of the things I was charged for were done by maintenance, but because they didn’t document ( which is THEIR JOB) I am awarded the charge?? Also they charged me for carpet, which was not new when I moved in, so had been there through out the previous tenants stay as well as 4 yrs of mine. It would have to be replaced anyway. Now for a year I have tried to come to an agreement with both Hunters Chase and IQ DATA. Neither have been willing to do a thing to resolve this. My credit has plummeted and the degree of harassment and verbal abuse is shocking! BEWARE! The manager at the complex is seemingly nice, but not helpful or concerned in the least. He couldnt care less, though he tries to act like he does. It’s fake.This CRH place is shady! The phone # is not a working #!! They are scamming people and getting away with it and I would advise anyone NOT to EVER rent from these crooks!! I am now hiring an attorney, and hope that no one else has to go through this. I don’t see how these people sleep at night with what they do!

I have lived here for a year and a half. When I first moved here, I loved it. However, the Madison has changed ownership and things have declined tremendously. There was a leak in my ceiling last month from the apartment above mine. I called the leasing office to report it. Maintenance finally came to look at it. Maintenance cut a hole in my ceiling and told me they would be back to patch it. It has been 3 weeks and I still have a hole in my ceiling. I have called every day for 3 weeks and nothing. I pay my rent on time every month. I'm calling the county inspector tomorrow. This is ridiculous.

Living At Madison at Adams farm is not horrible but, is understaffed and under-equipped to handle all of the residents needs. The apartments are old and have massive massive water damage to them. Absolutely nothing in our apartment was replaced before moving in AND there was no ozone treatment done to the walls or floors to get rid of the saturated cigarette smell or black smoke off of the walls and appliances. The guest room floor has been soaked with water from the heating system and has mold growing in our apartment and no matter how many times we call or put in requests, no one seems to do a thing. Absolutely a mess, maybe the updated apartments are better than the belmont 2B 2 BR but i can not wait to move out of here and we have only been here for three weeks. Also dont ever expect to get a call back on any questions, youll call and talk to everyone about it and theyll say they will call you back and after speaking to everyone in the office about it, they still wont have an answer and insist that they will call you back with one.
