I have worked with Justice on & off for a few years and every time I work with her, I see significant change in my body. I live elsewhere so her online program is great. She provides the tools needed to help accomplish your goals & does a great job at communicating. My most recent goal was to lose weight to look how I wanted in a bridesmaid dress. I had a time frame due to the wedding quickly approaching but with the plan provided by Justice from Send Me a Trainer , I was able to exceed my goal & continue using the knowledge she provided me with maintaining a healthier lifestyle change with my eating and working out. To this day i suggest Justice and her online program to all of my friends and others.

I can honestly say that I have found me the perfect trainer in Justice Terry! She has come up with a diet plan for me she has me on a set schedule as far as my training goes shes very punctual and shes always available whenever I have any questions about the food that I need again just overall one of the best trainers and most of all she has helped boost my confidence with being in the gym! Ive had the pleasure of working with two of the trainers at this location. Send Me a Trainer is the most convenient one stop shop training services around. I appreciate the training and the dedication the trainers have with making sure their clients are successful with meeting their goals as well as maintaining them.
