        Please do not go into any buildings owned by this property. At 301 S Elm they have an extremely racist lady in front named Karen who will chase you to the road! I nearly had to call the police as I had left the building already. They demand your personal info which I did give to her. Mind you, I was just making a food delivery for the buildings tenants. I tried calling their property manager (Diana Poston, Hallimar Properties) to report this but she was quite the Karen too, even going as far to even call me an invalid and insisted I do not take any more deliveries to her tenants! Do not hire this company if you are needing reputable services. Ill be calling the commission and NAR as well. So unpleasant.
