It has been a great first year with Hendrix Business Systems, and a pleasure working with our rep Stephen Haight. He is very knowledgeable about his product and has always provided our questions with informed answers. Most important of all, he was not pushy, nor did he try to oversell us on MFP options which we did not need. When I asked Stephen to also quote managing our existing printer fleet, he was able to provide me with clear and concise data that showed a real savings over our existing buy as you go solution. Stephen's proposal finally allowed me to convince our accounting department to enter into an agreement to manage our entire fleet of MFPs and Printers. Partnering with Hendrix Business Systems for our printing needs has been a great asset to us, and I look forward to our continuing business together.
