This business does not know how to fix things. 7k of new items were damaged. They offered me $250. They never sent me a form to file any kind of insurance and when i asked for one they said we dont do that here. Please dont use these crooks

Andrew and Clay were so professional and kind! They showed up to their appointment on time and eager to assist. They went above and beyond to help protect my belongings. And although it wasn't much, they were respectful of my items. Would definitely recommend them!

Update: I used them on June 30th, 2023 for a move. The workers were more concerned if I was single than moving my belongings. They dropped a box with glass in it which was marked fragile AND I pointed at it. Still it was dropped. The biggest issue I had with them on this day was, they hit my car as well as a new neighbors car. They didnt tell at me first. The manager tried to downplay the issue and still expected me to pay full price for the movewhich I did not. They left before the police came and the police called them to come back. Luckily, their insurance covered it. It was a mess from beginning to end. I used them 5 years ago and the move was perfection. Arrived on time, guys were friendly, and Ill be using them again in the near future. Ive recommended them to friends and family and no complaints from them either

These guys were early, but called and it was fine. They arrived and moved fast, went to another location and had to unload more furniture from storage and then go to my house and bring furniture up from the garage as well as what was on the truck. A new home move, a few marks on the wall but I was fine and understanding that happens with moving. What I was not happy with after they left I realized that they tore one of my bags and didnt notify me and then upon moving my dresser mirror I realized the back was broke that held the glass on the frame. Now I wouldve been fine if they wouldve told me because Im handy and I can fix it with no issue but I believe in honesty, especially after I left them all tips too. I think if they they wouldve wrapped the furniture scratches on the wall and the mirror couldve been prevented.

Tri-City Movers did an excellent job packing and moving my second-floor apartment. From the moment I contacted them until they put the last item in my new place, the service exceeded my expectations. I initially contacted Tri City Movers for packing and moving services to be completed at the beginning of the month. The person who answered the phone was very professional, asked detailed questions to understand the job thoroughly, and presented a fair quote. When I hung up the call, I received a follow-up email with a summary of the phone conversation and a price quote. I was impressed! When I needed to change my move-out date, the company was very accommodating. On the day of the move, they explained more workers would be required based on the amount of work they could see was needed. They explained how that would impact my estimate and why I agreed, as I had not been as knowledgeable about boxing up items and what was required to be boxed to protect them. The workers packed and wrapped everything well, taking care not to scuff walls or damage much of anything. They wore masks at my request, and even though the day went much longer than was expected, they worked just as hard at hour one as they did in the last hour. I would recommend Tri City Movers to any one or any company. The owner is a great human being, who contacted me to ensure the move was going well; when he heard there was some delay, he stepped in to ensure things went well.
