        Ive been using Godwin for a couple of years for my personal needs. Nickie, Karol and the team have been awesome to work with and were able to save me money. I recently needed new business coverage and have been working the Teresa. She took the time to review all needs, potential risks and provided a cost effective plan.       Rachel, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important, and we rely on hearing from prospects and customers to ensure we’re doing a great job. We are so sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations. Our prospects and customers are the heart of our agency and we understand you’re feeling disappointed. Our agency has been challenged this summer with only two team members in our Personal Lines department already working at full capacity. To ensure we provide the highest level of service to our customers we’ve placed a temporary moratorium on new business to allow our staff to focus their time on meeting the needs of our current clients to whom we are already committed. This is only temporary of course. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to earn your business in the future. Thank you, again, for taking the time to share a review with us.
