I've been with this company since it was Senn Dunn and I haven't had much need for contact, thank goodness, due to no claims in at least 20 yrs, but I've always gotten prompt, courteous service when I call with questions. I appreciate always getting answers even if my personal representative isn't available, & they always follow up if I leave a message.

I have not heard from this agency since they took over from Senn Dunn, while over the past few years I have been charged excessive homeowner's premiums. They contacted me last month and ask me to add my autos to the policy and to inform me that due to a claim in 2016 and a claim last year, my deductible was going to double...I ask Karlyne where she had been the last 27 years that I was insured with Cincinnati Ins., where were they when I should have received recommendations on my policy?...After refusing to add my autos to my homeowner's policy, I received a notice of non renewal. Minimum effort has been made after I have been with the same insurance company for 27 years. I have also had difficulty finding insurance for my home and have had to email multiple times to get accurate information on the 3 claims I had a 27 years, so I can try to find someone to insure my home. Marsh & McLennan told me I might qualify for "Lords of London Ins" on my $160,000.00 home! (which I've been paying premiums for $448,000.00 home). In short, they have done way too little, way too late, and now I'm paying the price and will be needing to sell my home to get out of this mess.
