Potentially exploitive of their workers who are predominantly immigrants that work hard and loyal (intentional or not)I had the pleasure of associating with an employee from CCS of 10+ years. I was appalled at the wages they were earning after a decade of dedication and laborious work. The fabrication shop operates around the clock with multiple shifts and still, the workers are earning well below the expected wages compared to other local small businesses.It seems like this is the kind of place that will celebrate record quarterly earnings by giving the workers a pizza party limited to one slice per employee.They have a great pool of long-term employees who deserve better for the benefit of both employees. Especially when considering the high turnover from new hirers and temp workers.
