Dove Medical Supply Guilford

I have had historically, poor customer service and dealing with dove medical supply. I ordered a traction device that from the first conversation everything was a problem. It took two months to come in when I called them the beginning of February they said oh yes, we were just about to call you at delivery they charged me $197 as a co-pay it took them almost 4 months to file a claim with Medicare so that I could submit for Aetna co-pay. This was an incorrect charge, which never wouldve been rectified. Had I not called them at least 20 times. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I was in need of Compression sox and I was helped by Eric. He was helpful,courteous & knowledgeable re: the vast selection of Compression sox. He measured my ankle & calf for me to help select the correct size. He is a great asset to your store.

Excellent customer service today! A week ago I purchase a knee brace. That day, it was suggested that I wear a medium, however I was never measured. I purchased the brace, throwing away the receipt and box because I wouldn't need them. I never felt the brace fit correctly, so I went back today to get professional advice-maybe I was wearing it incorrectly. Without question, staff members on duty said it was too big just glancing at it. However, I no longer had receipt nor box to exchange. No problem! They graciously took care of me, got me properly fitted and sent me on my way with no hassle. If you're in need of medical supplies, this is a great local store. I highly recommend them!

On Thursday, April 27, 2023, my husband and I went to Dove Medical Supply (on 2172 Lawndale Dr., Greensboro) looking for a 16-oz. pump bottle of Biofreeze pain relief gel. The store had a 32-oz. tester bottle, which couldnt be sold, and they had the Biofreeze in smaller tubes and roll-on bottles. The young gentleman sales associate that was discussing our Biofreeze options was very friendly and informed us that the store should be receiving a shipment very soon. A young lady sales associate overheard our conversation and informed us that they (the sales associates) could order the 16-oz. Biofreeze for us and we could either come to the store to pick it up when it arrived or they could have the gel shipped to our house. Because we really needed the gel today, we wanted to look elsewhere to see if any other local medical supply stores had the gel in stock. I am giving this review 5 stars because our interaction with these two sales associates was a very positive one. Both associates were friendly and very helpful. The store appeared to be well-stocked with a variety of medical supply products. While we were there, a sales associate was helping a customer with selecting an appropriate rollator walker and what little time we were there, the associate was patient and courteous with the customer. We will definitely return to this store in the future.

The sales staff helped me find the best walker for my lower back issues & hip fracture. Im fairly tall & they advised that this walker would help take the pressure off. It was very affordable. My Ortho was very happy to see I could find one like this to fit my needs. Ill definitely be returning for my next step in mobility aides.
