We have used Kay HVAC for both our church and home service for some time now. Our Church systems are older and they work with them to ensure we have heat & air when we need it. The Techs are knowledgeable and stick with the project to get the job done. They have extended the life of our home systems as well. Thanks to all the staff for all your help & support. We highly recommend them. They are awesome folks!

As a new customer to Kay Heating the experience was first-rate. They promptly set up a service agreement and came out to inspect my HVAC units. From talking to Melissa who scheduled the appt, to the one that came out to repair my A/C on a 92 deg day - it was seamless, super professional and quick. He also pointed out some tips I need to do better to maintain my 16 year old A/C for a few more years and not try to sell me a new one. Courteous (shoe sleeves) and very helpful.
