This agency does a great job of having an array of caregivers available to match with clients, and they are able to fill spaces in case there is a cancellation. This is such a big help! They are very communicative, and overall we are very satisfied!

Having the help of Home Instead made it possible for me to care for my husband during his final illness. He was weak and required a lot of help. The caregivers were excellent. Some of them were with us the whole 12 weeks. Whenever I had questions or needed to adjust our schedule the staff was always available to help 24/7. I recommend them highly and could not have managed without them. Our two adult children were here often. Being able to have Bill with us at home made this summer the best summer we have had together as a family since they left for college many years ago. Bill and I could not have had this close family time without Home Instead. We are very thankful for their assistance.

We used this agency for over one year for my mother. While the primary caregiver did a great job providing companionship, the quality of work performed was quite poor. Meal prep and the light housekeeping promised were minimal to non existent. We stuck with the agency only because my mother was connected to the caregiver. And not because they provided high quality services. Communications with the agency were very poor. Several requests for the owner, Patty, to call me regarding concerns were ignored. For the costs involved I have to believe there are better agencies. If there are any complexities involved I would steer clear of this agency as I think the capability, and professionalism of this agency is poor, at best.

Home Instead has been a Godsend to my Mom and our family. Their outstanding and above and beyond care have been amazing. I highly recommend them. Their caregivers are wonderful and have been essential to my Mom's recovery and wellbeing. Their entire staff from management to schedulers to caregivers has been exemplary.
