Personal Care Inc.

I've personally referred several clients to Wayne Abraham, the owner of Personal Care Inc. I've known Wayne for years. For decades he has been very involved in Greensboro Government and bettering our community. However, it was only after Wayne cared for his mother, and looked for local resources to assist him, that he saw a huge need, and changed his career path by creating Personal Care Inc. Wayne's efforts have made things easier for his clients and their families when the challenges of caring for ourselves and our loved ones becomes too hard. The clients and families I've referred to Wayne have been very happy with his personal attention to their needs and concerns, and his ability to provide reliable, personable caregivers and excellent service.

Personal Care helped me provide for my beloved aunt the final years of her life. Their aides were gentle and attentive to her needs. They often went above and beyond. I had tried other agencies with disappointing results. I'd recommend Personal Care to anyone needing help for a loved one.

We had the occasion to utilize the services from Personal Care for brief periods (of a week) over a period of several years. We found their staff to be reliable, friendly and appropriately trained to meet our needs. Highly Recommend.

I would leave it without stars if I could but in order to leave a review to have to leave at least a star. Very unprofessional office staff. They don’t make sure to send their aides ready to work, some are not even medically cleared before being given clients which is the agencies responsibility. They are quick to discharge you because they fail to provide the services they claim to provide.
