I don’t know how this location stays open. It’s never very busy. Cashiers are rude and inconsiderate with zero customer service skills. They would rather discuss their evening plans than check out customers in line. I’ve had one cashier walk away from her register after she checked out her customers while there was a line at another register. The HT employees at Friendly Center would have offered to check out the customers still in line. This woman just closed her register and proceeded to socialize with another employee tending the self check out area. The produce department is not well managed. Lots of rotten or on the verge of rot items. Many expired or close to expiring dry goods as well. Carts are not maintained and many are difficult to push. I avoid this place as much as possible and only shop here if I really don’t want to deal with crowds at the Friendly location and just need a few items.
