Beautiful arrangement was delivered. Its hard to send something sight unseen but I can trust Garners to take care of it without concern.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Husband tried to send me flowers, even paid a rush fee to have them delivered by 2pm that day. Not only did the flowers NOT ARRIVE, but they refused to refund the money, argued with us over the phone for an hour, and called later to see how I liked my delivery (Which I never got!!)

I've been using Gardners Florist for years. Very helpful in making your aggrangment beautiful. I always recommend them highly.

My experience at Garner's Florist was absolutely horrific I had previously worked with John Garner several years ago and decided I would patronize this establishment When I entered, I was confronted by two huge, vicious dogs The young lady on the phone ignored me and allowed the dogs to come at me She totally ignored me There was a lady that came out the back and I communicated to her that I worked with John She treated me as a criminal She proceeded to say that she could do an arrangement and I could come back at 2:00 pm I felt so uncomfortable, that I declined Only to find out later that on Monday they close at 1:00 I've never viewed John as being racist, however the old woman that said she is his sister and the one on the phone surely are My wife,her sister and several friends attended seminary right next door and as much as they don't (Garner) want black business,I will convey to them and other fellow clergy members to NEVER EVER go to this KLAN INFESTED Site Thank dogs coming out to attack me was enough, but when I realized that I would have gone back for a flower arrangement and they would be closed,I was livid I will call 2 wants to know and advertise and possibly picket this racist backwoods mentality sort of folks I'm not finished but I am boiling as horrible I chose to go to this particular florist because I had worked with John Garner
