Loved this gym and the staff. Been going since right after it opened. Get back from vacation and pulled in to find nothing. Doors locked, building empty, nothing, not even a number to call to see what has happened. At least a courtesy call or an email to let the members know what was going on would have been nice.

I really enjoy going to this gym. It has always been clean and the staff has been friendly. The trainers are awesome and they are really an asset to the Northeast Guilford area. I really hate that they are closing at the end of the month. This was my sanctuary and now my sanctuary is closing. :(

Their predatory contracts and practices are the only reason this gym is still in business. To people who are still on the fence about signing up with this gym: please take the time to read through the rest of the reviews about being unable to cancel contracts.

This place has really gone down hill since johnny, kade and anya left. No one cleans. The bathrooms are always disgusting, the floors are nasty, and there is never any soap in the bathroom. This gym used to be so welcoming and now the staff just looks at you when you leave. There is one new trainer who is great but everyone else does absolutely nothing but sit and talk.

They definitely check your temperature. Good classes. Good people.
