They've been a wonderful support system for me during my job search.

After stating multiple times in an interview not to contact my current employer as well as signing a document to that same effect they did it anyway and it cost me my job. Even before that went down they didn't really seem to do anything in regards to actually finding me a job either, so I'd say they're pretty terrible as a company.

Highly professional staff! Kaitlyn is an amazing recruiter who goes above and beyond. One can appreciate an agency that takes the time to listen to the needs and desires of the the potential employee. This ensures that a successful assignment occurs. I would highly recommend this agency to everyone, and am forever grateful for placing me in an awesome environment!

Just like with many work agencies out there, Ajilion cares more about getting those referrals for themselves than actually helping you out. They will show you interest through e-mail, and ask you to fill out several forms which "requires" you to list your SSN and list several "references" before your first interview with them. When I asked about it, they said it was to speed up the background check process. I went through with the interview and they just go through your resume and pretend to have a pile of potential jobs with companies lined up for you. They said they would let me know ASAP once they have a company that they can match me with. I have called, left voicemails, and have not heard any replies, and this happened 4 months ago. One of my co-workers that I used as a "reference" said they were reached out by a recruiter, and they wanted to see if she would be interested in possible job opportunities. They're just looking to find overqualified people who will take a paycut so they can increase their share of pay for "finding" you. Advice: DO NOT GIVE YOUR SSNS OUT TO THESE GUYS UNTIL THEY ACTUALLY OFFER YOU A POSITION. You are NOT legally obligated to provide this information. Cons: The scary thing is that they operate under Adecco, Parker and Lynch, and other staffing agencies around the area, and the recruiter even admitted that they intentionally post bogus job ads just to lure people in to get their resumes.
