The marchandise section of the store is fine. The pharmacy which is the only reason I go there is not. We recently moved from Charlotte so we just stayed with Rite Aid to make the transition easier. It was not and really caused more trouble the good. The pharmacist thinks he is perfectly right in not filling prescriptions your doctor calls in. Until he can find out if you are financially able to pay for them. He doesn't fill them, he doesn't call and ask the question. He said he waits till you come in to ask the questions. I rely on a text message to know it's ready. No message no prescription. He made me wait three days over a weekend when I couldn't reach my doctor. He actually said it was my responsibility to follow through with him. No wonder this copnay is on the chopping block

Neither of the employees greeted me when I walked in. They were very rude.
