My visit with the doctor was just fine but I am writing a review on the business practices of this office. I recently had a triple bypass surgery and now I am unable to drive myself to appointments due to a terrible bedsore that I acquired in the hospital when I was on life support and in a coma. So, back to my complaint, I am unable to drive so I have to pay someone to drive me from reidsville to greensboro for these appointments they have set up for me. SO....Dr Raulkars office just called and stated they had received paperwork from my insurance so that I can continue to receive my short term disability and that I would have to come into the office and pay a 25.00 fee for them to fax it back to the company. So now, I have to pay someone 25.00 to take me there just so I can pay the office another 25.00 to fax some paperwork back to the insurance company. I asked if I could pay online and they wont accept that. Once I get this paperwork sent off I will never return to this office! Very unprofessional!

Dr. Raulkar is fantastic! I have visited several physical medicine and rehab doctors around Greensboro recently and she was far and away the best. She spent quality time with me to learn my history, understand my condition and discuss ways in which she could help. Dr. Raulkar listened to my situation thoroughly and then put a plan of action in place. Other doctors operate their practices more like an assembly line whereas Dr. Raulkar approached me (I was a new patient) wanting to build a relationship to take care of me for years to come which was very refreshing. She has the perfect personality and professionalism that you would want in a doctor. I can't say enough about how outstanding she is!

The doctor's are very knowledgeable. I used to really like them. The reason I am giving only 2 stars is because I stopped seeing Dr. Swartz on Great, great terms to be seen again ANYTIME. I left because my local neurologist agreed to treat me for pain management so I wouldn't have to drive out of town every month to see a doc. I was working 50hrs/week night shift so Swartz understood why I wanted my local dr. to take over. Now that my doctor wants to refer me back to Swartz, they will not see me?? My local Dr. changed their policy and my meds are all out of wack now. That's why I wanted to be seen by Swartz again but again, they won't see me after telling me to come back anytime. I no longer work so the distance is not a factor anymore . I'm very disappointed.
