    I don't know what's up with these few reviews. I had great customer service by all the receptionist and connected well with a newly established Primary Care Physician, who is a P.A.

    I wish this place closes forever. From receptionist to people who schedule appointments to administrators they are all careless, confused and rude. I needed an appointment for physical and they told me 2 months. I told them what if I come for a rash issue I have and then they said same thing next year in 2020. I was going here for last 7 years and they are so terrible. Ridiculous service and deserves to close for goods. The management for this location is the worst person and worst customer service ever. On many occasions they have given me and my family members and friends bad experiences. All they care for is to bill you higher and thats all.

    I have been going her for probaly 20 years and was very disappointed when I called today to make an appointment to be told that I could not because the primary doctor they assigned me when they started this was no longer here and I have to wait until June to make a new appointment and get a new doctor. I have seen several of the doctors here. The doctors are wonderful but if this is how you treat a patient who been here for years very sad to be having to go somewhere else today. I'm blessed to have been pretty healthy so far guess they are only interested in the ones that come all the time they can make money on Again my care and doctors has always been wonderful but I need to be seen today and website advertises same day appointments not what [ was told. Have always been able to count on this place so hurt by the answer I got today.

    I have gone to this location for my medical health issues and medication for almost 30 years.  Mary J. was correct in that things have changed in the time Cone has taken over and changed the name to Pomona Care (should be don't care).  In Oct I had an 8:30 appt; told to get there 10-15 min early.  By 9:30 my name had not been called and no one offered an explanation for the delay.  I was only there to check my blood pressure to see if the new meds were effective.  It was almost noon before I was able to leave.  The most recent issue was getting the Dr. I see to send a  note to Prism Medical for my Ostomy supplies (required yearly, like a prescription).  Well it took over 3 weeks to get this and then only after I filed a complaint with my Insurance company.  I will start looking for a new medical care facility.
