Hi, My girlfriend and my friend came here to eat and for starters our waitress Alana came up to us and she was rude before she even took our order!!! Now I understand everybody has bad days so I can understand that but the men who was sitting behind us ended up walking out because she never came to the table and it took her a while to come to our table anyway. So we order our food and our drinks and we didnt get our waters until 5 mins after the appetizer got to the table and a rude food runner just dropped the plate and walked away so we were not happy about that and we asked a kind server if she could go get the manager for us and the manager was so nice and respectful but before the manager came to the table the server Alana asked us if we needed anything and my friend said the water that we ordered the first and only time u came to the table and she was rude and mumbled under her breath as she was walking away but we still heard her and then while we where telling the manager the situation the server came back with the water and still didnt bring the other two and she rolled her eyes and walked away. But the manager told us that she would be taking care of us from now on and she was super nice and sweet and I just wanted to let that manager know thank you and if she could have taken the tip we would of left one but there was no chance we was going to let her give that tip to that rude waitress this was the worst experience iv ever had a kickbacks and that was a terrible waitress I dont understand how she still have a job a lot of people in there are rude and when we was walking out all the hostess just eyeballed us on the way out it was almost like Alana was talking about us but its cool we wont come back but if I had to rate this experience I would give it a 0 star for sure. The customer service at the Durham Kickback Jacks location is seriously lacking. Corporate needs to pay attention and take action. The negative one star reviews are more the rule then the exception. Come on corporate, wake up!

Wow! Great food! Attentive staff! And TV's everywhere. What a fun place to eat.
