Robert is unprofessional and will not return your phone calls or messages. Robert also sub-contracts his jobs and does not follow up while the work is being completed or after it is completed. He will only hound you about having his check ready as soon as the sub-contractor pulls out of the property. Would not recommend this company for any repair jobs or remodeling.

Wow! Millican Construction has continued to impress me with their outstanding work. Originally I hired them for repair work on my new home, and was so impressed that I had them do several large remodeling projects, all of which turned out beautifully! They gave use a detailed report outlining the necessary repairs to our rotted subfloor supports as well as a comprehensive plan to remove the crawlspace mold problem and put in pace measures to prevent future issues. Vapor barrier and exhaust fans were some of what was recommended. They were on time and very knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about the timely communication and professionalism. Let me tell you what this crook did.I had a water leak in my finished basement, from record rainfall.  This guy, Robert Millican, claimed to be an expert in this area, so I hired him.He cam out, assessed the water intrusion, and told be when the rain stopped he would send his crew out.  The rain finally stopped a day or two later, and the crew came as expected.  Everything was going smooth up to this point.He said after the crew finished patching around the main water pipe entering the wall, they'd show me the work, then seal the outside of the brick, then fill the ditch back in.  Mr. Millican left immediately after telling me this.  About 15 minutes later, the crew left.  I thought they went to go get lunch.  I looked outside, and they filled the ditch back in and left.  This cost me $550 (for 30ish minutes of work).  I called him, he talked to his crew, said the "forgot" to let me see the patchwork, but everything was sealed and good to go. So, I pay $160 to have my carpet shampooed.Sure enough, the very next rain it leaked again.  This time worse.  I had to rip my freshly shampooed carpet up, and the water caused a bunch of additional damage this time.  I was irate.  Long story short, he comes back out, opens the ditch, this time has a new "expert" with him.  As soon as the new guy looks at the work, he said, "they used the wrong stuff".  They didn't even seal the wall properly, much less the pipe protrusion.  They redo the patch, this time I had eagle eyes on them.  They do it all properly this time, and it took several hours.  He charges me another $750, as if he had never been to my house before.  He didn't try to make anything right.  No sorry, no refund, no break on the extra work, no offer to help with the additional damages.  Didn't even own the mistake.  Just passed me another bill and took off.Robert Millican is 100% pure trash.  Crooked, lying con artist.
