Starbucks

I love this Starbucks, the service is great and so fast. The employees are nice as well. Especially a barista name Justin! He makes your experience so great and efficient. He is also very sweet so hopefully on your next run to Starbucks you get to interact with him!!

we got terrible service inside. The guy who took my order placed the wrong sticker on it, dropped my cup multiple times, and argued with me when I explained he did not shake the matcha correctly. I am a current Starbucks partner myself and I have never seen such awful service. The guy was obviously high. Another guy took up his slack to make my boyfriends Frappuccino and proceeded to make the Frappuccino incorrectly and pumped an insane amount of dark caramel sauce. I cringed at the process. He was rushing and was very disorganized.

@Linda Somers you went to a starbucks on mothers day and you seriously expect your drinks to be ready in 10 seconds while theres other people waiting for drinks as well? all while theyre understaffed? this is the problem with your generation, youre so entitled and greedy. i cant believe your children took you to starbucks of all places and you have the nerve to complain. make your own coffee if it takes too long to get it from underpaid and understaffed workers. on a lighter note, staff in the drive thru were super kind and fast. i feel bad that the baristas here have to deal with such rude and entitled customers.

Four people working , maybe 6 people in there besides us, and place was filthy! Bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper ,at all! Told an employee, she lazily said she'd let someone know. I disinfected the table we were at because they were dirty. There was a microwave kraft mac and cheese and garbage at the next table. I really was amazed at the state of the place. You can't let a place be run by teenagers. It was a Saturday and they should be ashamed.
