Honestly, its kind of disappointing that they lack the motivation to assist customers. I had a ship to store order and a female associate automatically told me she was of no help and I needed to call customer service. Ok, I called customer service only to find out my order had been delivered to their store and accepted. I know things slip through the cracks. So, I called back. Not once was I giving an attitude to the associate because I know its the holidays and things happen. YET, she continued to show zero interest in helping me. She assured me they dont make mistakes and continued to blame UPS. All of a sudden, I received a ready for pick up while Im on the phone with her like really? You just told me you dont have my item. I understand delays. For me its the lack of customer service. When I asked if she could give me a call back if they found it since I would be working, she said no because that would mean theyd have my personal information but pulling up my order number with all my information isnt the same? When I called customer service, she immediately informed me the stores do have access to my contact info and are able to call customers back. I too work retail, and my first instinct is to apologize for inconvenience and try to turn things around by offering a helping hand. This is not the way to do it guys
