        I agree with the other reviewers. The team at the Friendly Center J.Crew is great! Each time Ive been in, theyve been helpful, courteous and provided great advice. One nice thing is that they know fashion and are not pushy at all. Keaton helped me pick out the perfect summer outfit for work (an unstructured navy blue Ludlow suit). It made the right impression and Ive been able to stay cool during the day too. Great stuff!

        I've visited the J crew in friendly center many times but ironically I have continuously received anything but friendly service from one particular employee. On a few occasions i've encountered Maxine who has to be one of the most unhappy and disgruntled people I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. She always has an attitude, never looks at you in your eye, scoffs and is blatantly rude every time i've visited the store. I'll happily shop elsewhere from now on.
