As VP of HR at a large world-wide apparel company, I am always looking for good talent, whether it’s in an employee or business partner/consultant. Corliss at Soft Solutions Consulting has the Human Resource background to easily be an extension of our own HR Department. She “gets it”. She makes a difference. In the six years she worked with us, Corliss or one of her consultants, worked in developing leaders at all levels and she related well to each. Because her expertise is vast, she addressed many topics with different levels and different departments. She also stays current on organizational topics and courses. Conversations were held that otherwise would not have happened unless the facilitator was very skilled and created a safe space. This changed teams. They were more collaborative.
