This company should be shut down and out of business. This was one of THEE WORST tour bus experiences I've ever had. They do not even deserve once star. Traveling to Florida with young ladies for a dance competition. The bus broke down 3 hours into travel (air compressor went out). We had to wait 3-4 hours at a truck stop for the company to send another bus of lesser quality. The first bus toilet overflowed with only 3 kids using it. Foul odors during the ride. Our children was rudely spoke to by the driver, which told them if the heat was too hot to get off the bus and wait inside. (No, sir..check yourself) We arrived to Florida in just enough of time to check in our hotel. The bus broke down the next morning and could not even take us to the event we came for. The experience was even worst on the way back home. The bus broke down 3 hours into travel again with the bus switched out with. We were told that we could not have heat because the bus had one battery and would cut off and not restart. (Might I add traveling back to NC where the temp. was below freezing for over 5 hours), the toilet gave horrible frumes-like ammonia, and the charging ports did not work-therefore we could not keep phones charged in case of emergencies. The only reason they got a star is because we got back home. This company robbed us of our time and money. And not once offered a refund. FRAUDS and CROOKS!!!!
