on monday 12/5/22 choice home warranty sent max appliances to check on my washer which was vibrating and bangging strangely while spinning.the technician a very polite and very professional person, diagnosed the issue and findout that the suspension need change, after ordering the part , on wenesday 12/7/22 , the technician came back and repaired the washer. i would definitely recommend max appliances and give them a 5 stars. My washing machine was making a terrible grinding sound. Long story short Max came out took one look and says the transmission was bad.Never turned the machine on or anything.The issue was simply the spill pan rubbing against the motor underneath which he didnt dignose.I figured that out for myself. The guy was here for 5 minutes and it cost me $85. NeVER AGAIN!

Superb service!!! From the person who booked my appointment, to the technician who quickly diagnosed and fixed the dryer, to the billing process and follow up, I was really impressed with the professionalism from everyone.
