Tech named Stevie was insanely unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable several times. I complained to the company and was assured he wouldnt be back however he was sent back 3 more times!!! At this point I feel so harassed and disrespected by the entire company. Not to mention the work was terrible and several screws werent even put back in place. Just skip this place !!!

Poor communication. No written estimate. Was told repair would be between $400-600 with no guarentee as pizza oven may be bad. Only way to find out is try repair and if not the problem you eat it but will take off of new purchase if bought from them. Suggested repair worked. We were charge just shy of$900.00 and nothing more than anticipated was performed and it was accomplished with 1 hour of labor. ($220.00) per hour. Plus trip charge, misc parts? Inflated parts price. I am satisfied with result., but dissatisfied with lack of professionalism and what is in my opinion, price gouging.
