Ive been here before in the past myself and with others, and weve always had a pleasant experience. Today, however, I went for my consultation. I was already having a hard time, just with the natural anxieties of the decision. I opted out of seeing the ultrasound, which was respected by the technician. However, when it was time for me to do my consultation, the lady blatantly just laid the ultrasound photos on the desk in front of me. Right next to the photos were the paper that I signed requesting not to see ultrasound photos. It was very unprofessional and hard for me. All I could do was look at her like she was out of her mind. I was truly livid.

Could not be more thankful for this establishment and the people working there. My experience was as good as it could be. All the women working were extremely kind. I would say to go early to try to avoid long wait times. I hope one day to be successful enough to pay it back to an organization like this.

I want to say thank you to the amazing people who showed me so much compassion and tremendous amount of care while I was here! Ms. Phlebotomist W/ the beautiful locs thank you from bottom of my heart for addressing the rude disrespectful behavior that was shown to me youre my superhero. Ms Phlebotomist You will forever have a place in my heart for being there for me at such an emotional time. Thank you to Both ultrasound techs you guys were amazing and so kind! Thank you to the awesome Dr I had that day, your words meant more to me than you know! Thank you to the Center manger who took time to listen to my concern about their rude disrespectful front desk representative lil red head. The manager showed me care and concern when addressing the ordeal addressing that receptionist was out of pocket, apologizing on her behalf. The red head receptionist is whole heartedly and solely the reason for three stars because she was horribleeeeeee, dismissive not understanding and overall rude for no reason at all every time I was there!!!! Even other patients who was there and witnessed said her attitude is very uncalled for. I truly wanted to give 5 stars because EVERYONE ELSE WAS AMAZING, for what you would need in this time and procedure. BUT HER, lil miss rude pants should be ashamed of yourself even with knowing you were wrong you didnt even offer an apology to any of us not me or your coworkers instead you wanted to argue and disrespect everyone, even when you seen you was completely in the WRONG for saying I did not have an appointment and I did, proof was in the paperwork. Mind you this was the 2nd time she was so nasty to myself and others! I hope you guys are able to find a receptionist whom is a better fit who matches all the other wonderful ppl you guys have staffed because she is NOT the best candidate for this job in this kind of setting. We come here to confide In You all with confidence!!! Not to be treated so badly in already a difficult time.
