It is dangerous to go here. 83 year old Grandparent received two incorrect prescriptions from Dr Poole. 1st Decision: increase dosage of Memantine. Mistake: including Donepezil in the Memantine pill. Adding Donepezil caused harmful issues to Grandpa. 2nd Decision: increase dosage of Resperidone. Mistake: decrease in dosage of Resperidone. Conclusion: nurse and receptionist were inconsiderate and negligent in resolving and preventing these 2 mistakes from happening in the future. Comments: when it was brought to the nurses attention of these mistakes, the nurse had said it was resolved and nothing else needed to be done about the issues. When confronting the nurse about future possible outcomes of similar mistakes the nurse made it clear that they didn't care about a repeat of these sorts of mistakes. Also it was made clear that they didn't care that the two mistakes had already been made. Seizures could have been the result of this malpractice and seizures need to be prevented from happening in the future but the attitude received from resolving this is "oops, glad the patient didn't die, the doctor is human and will make mistakes, we'll cross that bridge when it comes if we make this mistake in the future". A deceased 83 year old Great Grandparent would be a very big "oops" when all things are considered. We trust our doctors to be thorough in their work but there is no diligence given from this location. It is extremely suggested to find alternatives to having Dr Poole and his office take care of you. It is extremely necessary to double check this doctor's job after you are seen as his patient.

Highly recommend Dr. Poole here he is simply the best doctor I've ever had.He is very patient, caring and goes the extra mile to help.

Very beautiful and wonderful people the doctor was a very nice man doctor Poole and talk to me and answered all my questions and told me more of what I did not know very good doctor
