Mrs. Roxanne, Autumn, and the Guy (Works on Mondays) provided the BEST service that anybody could offer! Never do my business anywhere else, but at this location.....Legendary Service at its best!! My family and I have always come to this location for any questions or concerns these past 5-6 years, and have had always had the AWESOME Mrs. Roxanne to assist us!! She knows what she is talking about when making a decision on what kind of phone to upgrade to, and does not try to swindle you! The Guy that works on Mondays did an amazing job setting up my phone, and what was weird was...he did it the exact way I would have set mine up. I was very pleased on how easy he made it, and he assisted other customers while waiting for the old phone to transfer to the new phone! Autumn is always willing to assist me when coming in, and does the best she can in assisting customers who are not understanding why their phone is not doing what they are wanting it to do. Other US Cellulars that I've been to have treated me like I'm trying to either steal displays, or they look like they sucked a lot of lemons....where here, they don't do that! They never act like I am bothering them, for their service and willingness to help people is my definition of Good Business!!
