      image Hairdryer broken, outlet didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, carpet in room was coming up and had water damage, window sill/wall had water damage, window shade broken/off track. However, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and willing to fix what they could. Beds were clean, shower was clean, water got plenty hot enough with good pressure. Location was quiet and we got good rest. Price was a bit elevated for the experience.

      image As a Diamond Elite member my wife and I choose IHG hotels for all of our getaways. This hotel failed to meet the IHG standard, or any standard for that matter. When I first checked-in I was not recognized as a Diamond Elite member, and not offered water or anything else. I was not even going to say anything about it, but since I am writing this review, why not. The room was outdated and the bathroom had hair everywhere. There were long pieces of hair in the tub. There's no way someone could have cleaned it. The bathroom sink and floor were also filled with hair. My wife and I had to do our own cleaning before we could even use it. This hotel has made me re-think looking to stay at IHG hotels, and will make me look elsewhere. Please fix this hotel or close it down.
