I visited because I had to. The only reason I ever deal with Spectrum is because I have to. I avoid them at every opportunity. But in person, where they cannot transfer me 3 times (minimum), the vibe was pleasant. I did have to wait over 20 min but I was expecting 30 so I am pleased.

Such an unorganized, disrespectful and non helpful business! My elderly sister drove there because the 800 number kept sending her to Spectrum phone. She wanted to get internet/TV service and talk to someone about the plan details. She went to the Gastonia Spectrum and called me upset because of the disrespect & terrible service personnel! The guy at the counter that was assisting her didn't know squat! He kept telling to her Google the phone number which she had done but could not get connected to the correct representative that she needed. Every question that she asked his only response to her was Google it! They had a laminated channel lineup sheet but none in slot for customers to take. She asked if they could print her a copy. Was told they were out of paper! Then the guy told her to take a picture of it. She said she couldn't. The gentleman at the window beside her finished and the girl that helped him (she spoke English & Spanish) made fun of him out loud when he was walking out the door! This is totally disrespectful, rude & unprofessional conduct for anyone that deals with the public! There are many senior citizens that are not internet savvy and should always be treated with respect....not talked down to as my sister was and the other gentleman.
