        They never responded. Edit. The owner contacted me and apologized sincerely. He worked with me and they are cleaning my carpet, tile floor, and laminate today. I'll update the rating after they complete the work. Stay tuned. They ended up cleaning my carpet, tile, and laminate. They did an excellent job.
