ADVANCED APPLIANCE SERVICE

Today Jeff was dispatched to repair a dishwasher that was not making hot water to clean the dishes. I had previously done trouble shooting and determined the thermomaster was probably the part that had failed. Jeff confirmed the thermomaster was defective. Previously I had communicated to Advanded a request for Jeff to have a thermomaster with him as I believed this was the problem. That request was honored and Jeff arrived with the thermonaster. After doing some checks of his own and removing the old thermomaster it was confirmed the thermomasted had failed. Jeff was very thorough and friendly and both he and I learned something about a GE dishwasher we had not previously known. Neither he nor I completely understand the system logic regarding the water temperature control provided by the thermomaster, Jeff now has a new experience to add to his collection of experiences which may, in the future, be of great help on another service call regarding a GE dishwasher. I will not hesitate to request Jeff should I need help, in the future, with a repair on one of my major appliances. I highly recommend Advanced and I highly recommend you request Jeff. Great service. no mess, no fuss. Only problem was getting parts needed to complete repairs. This was not Advanced Appliance's fault, rather it was the suppliers fault that it took so long.
