Greenview Meadows Apartments

So, I have lived in Greenview Meadows the past six months. Like every where else it has its issues, but with the help of Isaiah, the kindest assistant manager and one of the coolest maintenance techs, Lawrence I have had majority of my issues resolved in a timely fashion. This is not my forever place, but Isaiah in particular has made this journey stress free and pleasant.

Isaiah Simmons is very well mannered, nice, polite& kind. He definitely gets the job done. I appreciate him for his patience with me & understanding. He got me & out. He definitely big on privacy when he dealing with his residents. He is the best! Thank u Mr. Simmons I definitely will recommend people to come see you

I met Isiah Simmons the assistant manager of the property. He was very nice and pleasant and always there to help, we havent moved in yet but we plan on moving in. Isiah has worked with us and went above and beyond for us to assist our needs. Thank you Isiah for your kindness

If I could give this place a negative point then I would. Nothing but issues with this apartment complex. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Dont even bother with the office because its never open with no one to contact. Even before I moved in last December, I had issues with being able to move in. It kept getting delayed and it wasnt move in ready. No fire alarms till before I moved out. I had to fix almost all my maintenance and bug issues myself with no reimbursement. The lady who runs everything only communicates through emails if she actually does communicate. I got charged extra on rent with no good excuse from the property manager. Still waiting on them to finalize move out paperwork for over a month and a half since I moved out. Not worth your time or money!!!!
