        Banfield at White Oak Garner is terrible. They kept my dog for 3.5 hours on a Saturday for a heartworm test and comprehensive exam with confirmed appointment. When I picked him up, they told me that they havent done anything and need to keep him for another three hours. The front office staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful and lied about calling me for the extension. They never keep their appointments. vets are good but not the management.
