ABC Sanitation

Atrocious service and unresponsive customer service I live in rural Harnett County and have to pay for garbage and recycling pickup. I pay for weekly pickup. In the last SEVEN weeks I've had my recyclables picked up THREE times - yes, they've missed me FOUR of those weeks. At least two of those weeks I called (and don't we all love to have to remind a company we're paying to do their job?) and was told the drivers were "still on their route" - they never showed up. But guess what? They never forget to bill me.

I have to give them 1 star I called them and told them how dissatisfied I was with Waste industries. I picked ABC because they were local only to find out todAY THEY SOLD OUT TO WASTE INDUSTRIES. I am pretty sure they knew this before they took my money for the Quarter shame on you Just when you thought there was honest folks in the world.

I highly recommend ABC. I've used them for 3 years, and they have saved my butt more than once! The owner actually drove to my house to pick up my bin once after I forgot to put it by the road. He shared his company's history with me, how they started with nearly nothing, and now have a few trucks. I don't know that I've ever worked with a better business!

These guys are great! We've been using them for 2 years. This morning I forgot to take my cans to the road and they came and got them for me. That's service! I also really like that they still have 2 man trucks. As I see it, they must view a successful business as a business who provides good jobs and makes their costumers happy. Thanks for being there for my family!

I have been using ABC for about 3 or 4 years now. Great service. Much better than when I was using a large corporation. I especially like that they offer recycling, and that I can pay at the the beginning of the year and get a one-month discount.
