TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOCELYNDO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU USE YOUR VOICE RECORDER!!!First of all, I had to call the store 3x before anyone even answered.  Called the store to see if I could pick up the IPhone 6.  JOCELYN said she needed my current boost number and pin to see if I qualify for an upgrade..... BOOST is a PRE-PAID company.  We have been doing business with Boost for over 10 years.  She came back after I gave her my information... She said since I just switched my phone number back to a previous device(I had for over a year) because my device that I purchased from boost mobile in October was no longer working, that I would have to pay FULL PRICE OVER $500+.  I then asked JOCELYN about our business number that has always had the same phone, again I had to give her the phone number and our PRIVATE pin... She said we were eligible BUT WE COULD NOT JUST BUY THE PHONE, WE HAD TO ACTIVATE IN STORE AND PAY A FEE.... When I asked JOCELYN her last name she would not give it to me, I asked to speak with the manager, she said he wouldn't be in till later, his name is HECTOR, again she wouldn't give me his last name.  I have the WHOLE CONVERSATION VOICE RECORDED... I DO LOVE TECHNOLOGY.  I would NOT waste my time at this store.  By the way I ordered online for the $199.00.I will update as I speak to the manager and Boost Mobile Online....
