A & E Water Conditioning

I very seldom write reviews but I felt I had to here. Very pleased with John and his service. I have had an iron problem with my well for many years. Was given an incredibly high estimate of what it would take to fix it. Because of the extremely high quote I received many years ago I have put off fixing it correctly and just changed the whole house filter every 2 weeks. John fixed it for 80% less than I was quoted by the other experts. He did a great job explaining what was going on and told us we did not need some other products that he could have easily sold us. Very honest and very reasonable. My water is now crystal clear!

Service was great, when I was able to get him on the phone. Promised to provide updated water samples, never heard back. Called to see if samples will be arriving, was told someone will get the samples ASAP. That was 6 months ago. Good price, good guy in general.

I could have sworn I've already reviewed A and E in the past but I didn't see it here, so I want to be sure to do it again. They have been servicing my home longer than I have lived here, and are among the nicest, most knowledgeable folks I have had the pleasure to work with. John is always quick to answer questions and offer advice, and provides all options without trying to sell you anything you don't need. They are the gold standard in how a company like this should operate and I look forward to working with them as long as I'm here.
