        Our sales counselor (Sarah) was great but the superintendent (Marty) was unprofessional, promised things and did not follow through and did not check quality of his workers/builders. The quality of the homes are horrible as well as the contractors hired to do the work. They hire contractors that do cheap work that they have to return several times to correct. If I could do it again I would never purchase a home from KB.
