Update: I felt the need to update this review, even though a five star review, I want to specifically mention Rick. He has given the highest quality of customer service, his communication is on point and his timeline is very accurate. We have used Steel Mountain for several years now at different properties and will continue to use them as our go to for our fire and safety needs. These guys are great. They got us scheduled very quickly and we are very happy with their service!

Steel Mountain Fire Protection has been our preferred vendor for maintaining our annual fire extinguisher inspections, kitchen hood cleanings/inspections and emergency exit light inspections for over 3 years now. We are a large entity with over 60 buildings to maintain and these guys are very helpful and always willing to help with scheduling, organizing inspection reports and keeping us up to code. Josh and Rick are always quick to respond to a phone call or email and willing to go above and beyond when needed. I highly recommend using Steel Mountain for any of these services!
