As always very good. Ive been a customer at I Fix Fords for close on 15 years and they have always been First Class and I dont expect any less. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Just had my first experience with I fix Fords this morning. I was very pleased with the job they did. Service was fast and reasonably priced. Everyone was courteous and very friendly. I plan to take my cars here from now on.

This was an awful experience. The owner called and said it wasnt our engine but would need a couple more hours to diagnose the vehicle. Didnt requote a price but when I came to pick it up told me it was an additional $400 and it was the engine and we needed a new one and the truck was worthless. By the time I got it home, it smelled awful and they didnt put the gasket in correctly and it spewed oil out all the way home. Then hung up on my husband while discussing all the issues then called back and left a nasty message. The office administrator called and said they would fix it if I brought it back but after all that we lost trust and value and am not out $600 for a truck that ran when I took it to them but had to fix so I could drive it again from what was supposed to be a $150 diagnostic!!!!
