        I am so very pleased with my louvers. They have given a distinctive look to my home and I hope to have my downstairs measured for louvers in the next 1-2 years.         I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I filled out the online form twice and tried to do the online chat twice. It took three weeks for someone to call me, then when he did he said he would call back in two days to set up a date for an in home consultation. Never heard back from him. That was over a month ago. This could have been a good project as we are looking to get custom blinds/shutters in our entire house.
