Service master was called after damage was done to our front yard, and the front of our home by a vehicle. They came out and gave us an estimate. Service master gave the job to their subcontractor to get back to us, well let's say they never got back to us. My husband started doing the repairs him self.. an old retired guy! We still needed windows that were broken, to be replaced, called service master again! Asked if they could help us replace the windows. We had the estimates they just needed to pick up a deposit no response. The accident occurred December the 7th, 2020, today is St Patrick's day and the only thing that's been done is the work my husband did himself. Even if they didn't want the job they could have told us instead of us calling and then ignoring our calls. Sorry, servicemaster you get a 1 star, if that for being non professional.
