Keep Camping Mobile RV Repair

Ron taught me what trailer battery I needed and how to use it! It will make a huge difference in my camping experience! Ive had my trailer for over 12 years and Ive been doing it wrong for 12 years! I always camp primitive, all seasons in Pisgah and the Smokies, and I feel like Ron has set me free!! . He also checked my trailers electrical system to be sure all is working properly. And Kayla very kind and professional.

I cant write the words WONDERFUL any bigger, but they are. They came to our rescue when winterizing was needed, we would have already had it winterized but were hoping to have our motorhome sold before winter! They did a full inspection before we listed it, gave suggestions and fixed and repaired things they found right here at our home. Unlike another business where your unit sits until ALL parts are in, they were here for us! She is in better shape than when we bought her!! Ive had a spinal cord injury making camping harder to enjoy, but we might not sell and keep on camping!!

Let me start this by saying Kayla, who seems to run the front office, is great, but it then goes downhill from there. I called and booked a time for a tech to come out and fix an awning issue I had, so when waiting at my RV, I received a call from their tech Ron asking if the gate was open, which I told him it was. Apparently, Ron must have been having a bad day as when he started to get snarky, I joked back with him (to try and lighten the mood), which in-turn he hung up on me and never showed. I tried to call him back to explain but he would never pick up. I also tried the office and spoke with Kayla and explained, but apparently Ron's weight in the company is just too great and I was told to find another company. I have conducted business in over 52 different countries over the past 19 years and know the representation of a company is key to its success, so its never good when a small companys ego is bigger than their reputation. If you are looking to have repairs done, I would suggest looking elsewhere as repairs may or may not happen depending on which side of the bed the service tech woke up on. UPDATE 11-12-23!! BE AWARE, IF YOU GIVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW TO THE COMPANY, THE OWNER RON BAKER WILL TARGET OUT YOUR COMPANY TO GIVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVEN THOUGH HE HASEN'T EVEN WORKED WITH YOUR COMPANY AT ALL. HE DID THAT TO MINE, AND IT WAS DUE TO HIM GIVING BAD SERVICE, HE TRIED TO TARNISH MY COMPANY'S NAME AS RETALIATION. APPARENTLY RON IS A TYPE OF GUY WHERE HE CAN SAY WHAT HE WANTS, BUT IF YOU SAY ANYTHING BACK HE LIKES TO RETALIATE WITH LIES. BE CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I'D HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOOKING AT OTHER MOBILE SERVICES AROUND TOWN THAT HAVE A LOT MORE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND SUCCESS! DO A QUICK SEARCH AND YOU CAN FIND ABOUT FIVE OTHER COMPANIES THAT WILL TREAT A CUSTOMER CORRECTLY AND NOT WITH AN EGO BIGGER THAN THEIR REPUTATION!!
