If I could give negative stars I would. After being called a liar many times by the owner, he has decided not to do the work they were contracted to do through the warranty company. Now my family including my small child will be without air for another 2 weeks. I will never ever ever do business with this company or recommend it to anyone.

So for the past weeks I've been getting calls saying is this Butler's Ac and I said no. I had no idea that MY number on some AC cooling page. TAKE MY NUMBER DOWN!

Hands down worse experience / process period!!! Customer Service was very unprofessional and unwilling to assist with resolving the problem. Butler’s Heating & AC is partnered with First American Home Protection Insurance (FAHPI). Our rental home AC unit stop working a Thursday and we contacted FAHPI and they assigned the job to Butler’s. Butler’s requires 48 working hours to respond, meaning Butler’s made contact on Monday to set up an appointment and showed up on Tuesday. It took Butlers until Thursday to complete the paperwork back to the FAHPI to approve the claim. The clock is still ticking to receive the part and have it installed. Completely done with First American Home Protection Insurance and strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND Butler’s Heating & AC from Fayetteville NC

The company told me that the house want cooling because the house was poorly insulated, and there was nothing they can do. They then told my management company that it was an extremely clogged filter and everything was fixed. My house is still not cooling.
