Horrible Horrible Horrible. No one in the shop is ever at work or ever answers their phone. They will tell you they will call you back with details and never do. No one working their could give me a straight answer or even knew what the status of my vehicle was. They will lie about the progress of the vehicle. They only accept cash which is ridiculous for very large payments. Never bring your vehicle here!

I’m very upset with this place I took my truck to them in October, I was told I needed a power steering pump ,They were suppose to pick my truck up at 8 a.m. 2 hours later nobody still hadn’t showed I texted to see if they were on the way I was told someone would be on the way shortly, Still waiting it’s after 1 o’clock nobody has contacted me I text again I’m told they are around the corner I was told it would only take 3 hours I waited 3 hours no call or text, I tried calling and texting couldn’t reach anyone , finally I reached John he said they were finished just had to drive it and they would be on the way , I waited and heard nothing from anyone called again no answer finally reached John he said there was a leak somewhere and they were trying to find it and they would bring it as soon as they fix the problem, hours went by no call or text , I called and texted finally John said they were still working on it they would stay as long as they could to fix it , I was heated because I had no transportation and I basically kept getting one lie after another from this guy he said he lost his phone in the savage yard , I didn’t get my truck until 3 days later and it still was making the same noise that it was making before they picked it up also when they dropped it off I didn’t get a receipt I asked for one I was told the computer wasn’t working they could hand write one I said I want one from the computer. I basically got ripped off $260 I will be taking these people to court . I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their vehicle to this place . It’s a shame when people aren’t honest and take your money and leave you with the same issue you had .

I was told they would save me money and they did; they also guarantee their service and parts for a year after, which gives me an extra piece of mind. They were also quick with the repair (my alternator). I'm glad I went here and would definitely go there again; very friendly people —— Update: the alternator died again within 2 months and while I was out of town. I had to get another new alternator. Do not go here.
