As my husband, 18yr old daughter and I are walking into the store the guy and girl working look at each other then laugh, then they Play rock, papers, scissors, to see who will wait on us. So i came by your store because as i was calling in an insuurance claim where i dropped my phone and it shattered they told me it was still under warranty. They guy immediately says warrant doesn't cover damage if you want an upgrade it will be about 95 dollars for thr cheapest. Well he didn't bother to help with my insurance claim or anything covered in that. As if it was a great dishonor to wait on me as a patron. I am manager of a fast food chain franchise and would fire my employees for acting this way to a customer. I went right up the street and spent my money at another metro pcs. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless u want to be treated like an unwelcome house guest. I guess my money is not green enough for them.
